1. Service description
Top HVAC Services is a directory and lead-matching platform connecting homeowners with independent HVAC contractors. We do not perform HVAC services and are not responsible for the work performed by listed contractors.
2. Homeowner use
Submitting a project request authorizes us to share your contact information with up to 4 matched HVAC contractors. By submitting, you agree those contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email about your project. You can opt out of follow-up contact at any time.
3. Contractor use
Contractors must maintain a valid state HVAC license, current liability insurance, and accurate business information. False or misleading listings will be removed. Contractors agree to honor quoted prices, provide written estimates, and comply with all applicable laws.
4. No warranty
Top HVAC Services makes no warranty as to the work performed by contractors. Reviews reflect individual experiences and are not endorsements. We are not liable for damages arising from contractor work, missed appointments, or pricing disputes.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Contractor subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; your tier remains active through the end of the current billing period. Pay-per-lead fees are charged on lead acceptance. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of lead delivery.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fake reviews, or harass other users. Affected accounts will be notified by email.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page.
